• Fast underwriting decisions. Now Health will respond to all underwriting-referred business within two working days.
• If clients choose to receive their plan documents by post, they will send them within five working days.
• If customers have decided to go paper-free, they will send membership cards within two working days.
• Help to find suitable healthcare providers.
• Pre-authorisation of claims where possible to reduce clients out-of-pocket expenses.
• Now Health will place guarantees of payment with medical providers within two working days.
